Lana's expertise as a People Operations leader and as a business-women is shared across many areas of the firm. Over the past 10 years, Lana has had extensive experience spearheading and establishing multi-million dollar Change Management programs, implementing growth strategies and value-added activities, and leading teams to successfully reach their goals. As a value-driven leader, she has improved businesses by innovating human capital strategies through learning and development, succession planning, compensation, organizational design, performance management, and cultural transformation.
Lana is an active member of the Association of Change Management Professionals as well as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Her passion for People Operations and robust expertise in the field has helped transform KRP's culture, and has had a strong impact on our growth strategy.
