Giving back
Kingston Ross Pasnak is firmly and proudly rooted in Alberta. As we’ve grown over the years, we’ve never lost sight of our local connections and our role in the community.
We strongly believe in giving back — not so we can feel better about ourselves, but so we can be better citizens and positively impact the world around us.
KRP actively supports several charitable organizations in the Edmonton area. Each year, we consciously distribute our time, energy and resources across various causes.

Financial & Entrepreneurial Literacy
Junior Achievement
KRP is an ongoing supporter of Junior Achievement Northern Alberta & Northwest Territories. At KRP, we believe in helping young people reach their potential, and JA is instrumental in educating students about work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.
Startup TNT
Startup TNT is a non-profit organization that emphasizes community building of investors and entrepreneurs, and KRP has been a sponsor since 2020. This organization is near and dear to our hearts, as we believe strongly in supporting new businesses and entrepreneurs as they build the next great innovations.
Diversity & Inclusion
Edmonton Oil Kings Hockey Hooky
Indigenous engagement and capacity enhancement are key to KRP’s working relationships with our First Nation communities. For example, the Hockey Hooky program allows over 450 youth from First Nations in Alberta to attend an Edmonton Oil Kings WHL game. It has been created to inspire Aboriginal youth through sport, hopefully.
KRP Ladies Golf Classic
KRP is proud to have been the tournament's title sponsor for the past 22 years. Founded by two of Edmonton’s Hall of Fame Golfers, Mrs. Hazel Jamison and Mr. Babe McAvoy, the tournament has been a fixture for local women golfers for over 50 years.
Health & Safety
Sturgeon Community Hospital Foundation
KRP is proud to be the presenting sponsor for the Sturgeon Community Hospital Foundation's "A Night Under the Stars", the hospital's premier annual event raising funds to enhance the quality of life of everyone in our community.
Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital
The Glenrose touches so many people — including many of our KRP staff. Through our support of the Shining the Light program, we hope to help the hospital raise awareness about the many dimensions of rehabilitation and raise much-needed funds.
Mental Health Foundation
KRP knows that the individuals in our community live happier, healthier lives when they have the appropriate support for their mental health. We are proud supporters of the Mental Health Foundation Annual Breakfast, which supports programs aimed at assisting our community with mental health and addiction needs.
