Deanna Muise
Deanna spent over 33 years as a dedicated member of the KRP team. As one of three Métis partners, she spent her time practicing in the taxation area, providing estate and business planning, corporate reorganizations and business restructuring. She worked with clients on business purchases and sales, as well as corporate and personal income tax. Since retiring in 2022, she's taken on the status of “Partner Emeritus.” We continue to count on her to provide valuable input to clients and the firm.

Experience
Deanna has taught taxation courses to students enrolled in the CA program and marked tax examinations for the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She has also presented papers at the Legal Education Society of Alberta’s Spring Conference and the Prairie Tax Conference, guest lectured at the University of Alberta and presented numerous tax seminars to the Canadian Bar Association, clients, legal firms, staff and the general public.
