Brad Taylor
A Partner in KRP's Taxation department, Brad is a trusted guide who can help individuals, corporations, and executors navigate through the complex maze of tax strategies, tax planning, and compliance. With almost 15 years of experience in public accounting and over 10 years specializing in taxation, he combines creative tax expertise and market insights to provide clients with tailored solutions to their most important issues.

Experience
Brad has extensive experience in providing tax and planning services to privately-owned companies and their shareholders and focuses primarily on corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and tax compliance (personal, corporate and estate/trust). His passion is to help his clients design and implement custom tax planning strategies to preserve wealth and achieve their goals.
Brad also spends much of his time mentoring other tax professionals and has served as a facilitator and reviewer with the Chartered Accountant School of Business. He has authored articles for industry publications such as Law Now Magazine and Video Tax News, and presented numerous information sessions on tax issues to industry professionals, financial institutions, and their clients.
