Adrienne D.Breakwell, CPA, CA, BMgmt

Adrienne started her career with KRP as a Junior Associate in 2007. Throughout her career, she's worked extensively in the Assurance and Advisory Services group, including vertical expertise with the International Financial Reporting Standards. In addition to her technical acumen, Adrienne administered the personal tax team for several years, completed a secondment with an affiliate firm in Houston, Texas, served on the Quality Assurance Team, and guided the careers of more mentees than we can count.

Adrienne is active with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and volunteers with the ICAA Tax Clinic, supporting low-income seniors in preparing their returns.

Cody Tarrant, CPA, CA, BBA

Cody joined KRP in 2012 as a Junior Associate and now leads many of KRP’s larger audit clients. He has extensive expertise in Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and International Financial Reporting Standards working with companies in in oil and gas related industries, construction, manufacturing, trades and financial services.

Beyond his Assurance and Advisory contributions, Cody has spearheaded firm-wide initiatives to advance our operations, spanning Cloud Accounting, Business Development, and Marketing initiatives. In addition, Cody was actively involved in the Professional Development Committee and still assists as a Quality Control Reviewer. 

Cody is a JR Shaw School of Business Program Advisory Committee member and serves as the Treasurer for KidSport Fort Saskatchewan.
